SUMMARY

Wiz’s Sales Systems team aims to accelerate Wiz’s growth by partnering with our go-to-market teams to deliver customer value. As we continue to grow at an incredible speed, we work to ensure each sales team member is set up for success at every phase. We take both a bird’s eye view and dive into the weeds to solve problems as a team to drive employee success and revenue.  

Reporting to our Head of IT, we are seeking a Director, Sales Systems, to lead a team of talented sales systems professionals. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to design and launch new features and capabilities that support and empower our go-to-market teams. Additionally, this role will be responsible for working alongside our sales leadership teams to create and execute a long-term vision for the technologies listed below. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of our sales systems, including Salesforce, Aviso, ChurnZero, Gong, and other sales enablement tools while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives 
  • Lead and develop a diverse global team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive roadmaps for sales systems enhancement, integration, and optimization, ensuring maximum ROI on technology investments 
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify opportunities for process automation, improved data analytics, and enhanced reporting capabilities that drive business insights and decision-making 
  • Champion a security-first approach across all sales systems, implementing robust security protocols, conducting regular security assessments, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards 
  • Oversee system security, compliance, and data integrity across all sales platforms while maintaining comprehensive documentation of security processes, policies, and procedures 
  • Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements meet organizational needs 
  • Lead change management initiatives related to new system implementations or major updates, including training programs and adoption strategies 

 

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or sales systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role 
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce administration and customization, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud 
  • Proven experience managing and integrating multiple sales enablement platforms (e.g., Gong, ChurnZero, Aviso) 
  • Strong track record of leading and developing high-performing global teams 
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and vendor relationship management 
  • Strong security mindset with experience implementing and maintaining secure systems at scale 
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones and cult 
  • Experience working for high growth companies, preferably in SaaS 
  • Knowledge of sales operations best practices and metrics 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
