Role Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join the Clearvue team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer journeys, segment audiences, and deliver data-driven marketing strategies that elevate client success. With a flexible part-time schedule (10h per week), this opportunity allows you to work on you free time without the necessity of a full-time commitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Cloud Implementation – Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Campaign Development – Design and execute personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns using dynamic content, AMPscript, and SQL queries.
  • Audience Segmentation – Create data extensions, filters, and segments based on user behavior and attributes to target the right customers at the right time.
  • Customer Journey Management – Build and optimize automated journeys with Journey Builder, focusing on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Data Integration – Collaborate with developers and analysts to integrate external data sources via API or Salesforce CRM for holistic campaign execution.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver strategic solutions.

  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification required
  • Strong proficiency in Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
  • Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SQL, and dynamic content creation
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability, best practices, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM platforms (especially Salesforce CRM)
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and drive optimization strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Availability to work part-time (10/h per week).
  • Temporary renewable contract (Project based).
