Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design vision and strategy for our digital products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our designs stand out in both aesthetics and functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the UX/UI design strategy to align with business goals.
  • Lead the design team, providing mentorship, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Ensure consistency in design language across platforms (iOS, Android, and Web).
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Advocate for user-centric design, accessibility, and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Optimize UI/UX based on A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of design systems, user flows, and interaction design.
  • Experience working in an Agile or Lean UX environment.
  • Ability to guide and mentor a team, fostering a strong design culture.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with motion design, micro-interactions
  • Background in conducting user research and usability testing.
