Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Video Editor Intern cum social media intern at Weekday. The Video Editor Intern will be responsible for editing video for our long form podcast - The Weekday Show (search for it on Youtube) - where we interview HR leaders.

Along with the podcast, you will also be repsonsible for managing our content pipeline for social media ie creating short form videos as well as graphical and researched content

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
  • Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and compression techniques.
  • Strong storytelling and creative editing skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
  • Prior experience in video editing (even personal or college projects count!).
  • Ability to handle video and audio recording equipment (we have an in house studio in our office)
