Design Technology Manager

Acelab is the all-in-one building materials hub for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industry. Acelab streamlines material selection, comparison, and management for architects and engineers with AI-powered product recommendations. Conversely, Acelab empowers building material suppliers and manufacturers to unlock specification growth by providing them a strategic Go-to-Market channel to accelerate their product adoption.

Our team is seeking a Design Technology Manager, with experience in the architecture or construction industry delivering projects. You will play an important role supporting our Growth Team by providing our growing base of arhcitecture & design firms with an seamless experience through onboarding, library implementation, material design support, and vendor connection services.

What you'll do:

  • Support our Director of Growth to build lasting relationships with architecture & design firms using Acelab's materials management platform
  • Collaborate with our customer support and research team to provide a quality experience and deliver clear outcomes for our architect users
  • Provide a smooth onboarding experience for partners through our proprietary AI–powered material audit and library implementation process
  • Create strong, ongoing relationships via regular check-ins with architectural partners to learn about their product, project, and library needs
  • Drive connections between architecture firms and building product manufacturers
  • Collaborate with product and material research teams to share feedback & improve user experience
  • 2+ years of full-time experience in AEC, project delivery, or project management in the US
  • 2+ years of full-time customer support or account management experience
  • Basic understanding of how architects research, detail, and specify building products
  • Appetite and excitement for business development roles
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
  • Solid organizational, follow-up, and relationship management skills
  • Work with some of the brightest minds in AEC, including former CEO of Revit
