Since our foundation in Lyon in 2016, we have been revolutionizing the liquidity planning market for SMEs across Europe. We enable our clients to strategically manage their cash flow - to stay on top of things, to look ahead and to grow. Being part of AGICAP means enabling every business to grow and helping companies achieve their entrepreneurial goals. Through one of the largest FinTech funding rounds of USD 100 million in 2021, we have grown from 3 founders to >500 employees. Most recently in November 2024, we raised and additional €45M with AVP. Wir suchen unsere erste Person, die uns im Business Development unseres neuesten Produktes Agicap Spend hilft.

In diesem Kontext wirst du Teil des Teams sein, das dafür verantwortlich ist, einen neuen Wachstumstreiber für Agicap aufzubauen. Dadurch, dass dieses Projekt eine hohe strategische Relevanz besitzt, profitierst du auch von der Nähe des Managements und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.


Du trägst hierbei gezielt zur Profitabilität des Unternehmens bei, indem du:

• Potentielle Neukund:innen sowie schon bestehende Kunden gezielt ansprichst

• Termine zur Demonstration des AGICAP Produktes aufsetzt

• Interessenten durch den gesamten Sales Prozess, in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Executives, begleitest


Die Kompetenz, die du dafür brauchen wirst, erhältst du im Rahmen eines umfangreichen Onboardings zu Funktionalitäten, Mehrwert, Konkurrenz und vielem mehr.


Das erwartet dich bei uns:
  • Du lernst, wie du die richtigen Stakeholder in einem Unternehmen identifizierst und diese gezielt durch Multi-Channel Strategien (Kaltakquise, Mailing Sequenzen & Social Media) auf dich aufmerksam machst. Dies kann entweder auf Seite des Neukundengeschäfts oder auf Bestandskundenbasis passieren
  • Du gehst in den direkten Austausch mit Geschäftsführer:innen und Finanz-Expert:innen von aus verschiedenen Branchen und lernst, ihre Probleme zu identifizieren und Lösungsvorschläge zu bieten
  • Du überzeugst & qualifizierst potenzielle Kunden:innen für eine Software-Demonstration mit unseren Account Executives
  • Du wirst Experte im Bereich “B2B-Payment” und hilfts Agicap dabei, sich vom Wettbewerb abzuheben 
  • Du schärfst deine Expertise im Umgang mit Sales Tools wie HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Du erfährst, wie man ein komplett neues Team für unsere Produktlinie “Spend” innerhalb eines bestehenden Ökosystems aufbaut

  • Du hast ein Bachelor- oder Master Studium in einer wirtschaftlichen Fachrichtung abgeschlossen
  • Du sprichst deutsch auf C2 Niveau sowie C1+ Englisch
  • Du hast ein unternehmerisches Mindset: Du lässt dich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Ein sich ständig änderndes Umfeld ist eine Energiequelle für dich und bewegt dich zum Handeln und zur Entscheidungsfindung

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?


Our interview process takes between 3 and 14 days and consists of

 - First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team

 - A role play or case study with the respective department

 - Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
