WHO IS AGICAP?
Since our foundation in Lyon in 2016, we have been revolutionizing the liquidity planning market for SMEs across Europe. We enable our clients to strategically manage their cash flow - to stay on top of things, to look ahead and to grow. Being part of AGICAP means enabling every business to grow and helping companies achieve their entrepreneurial goals. Through one of the largest FinTech funding rounds of USD 100 million in 2021, we have grown from 3 founders to >500 employees. Most recently in November 2024, we raised and additional €45M with AVP. But we are just getting started and are looking for team players with an entrepreneurial mindset and the will to make Agicap the No. 1 all-in-one tool for cash flow in Europe.

In diesem Kontext wirst du Teil des Teams sein, das dafür verantwortlich ist, einen neuen Wachstumstreiber für Agicap aufzubauen. Dadurch, dass dieses Projekt eine hohe strategische Relevanz besitzt, profitierst du auch von der Nähe des Managements und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.
Du trägst hierbei gezielt zur Profitabilität des Unternehmens bei, indem du:
• Potentielle Neukund:innen sowie schon bestehende Kunden gezielt ansprichst
• Termine zur Demonstration des AGICAP Produktes aufsetzt
• Interessenten durch den gesamten Sales Prozess, in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Executives, begleitest
Die Kompetenz, die du dafür brauchen wirst, erhältst du im Rahmen eines umfangreichen Onboardings zu Funktionalitäten, Mehrwert, Konkurrenz und vielem mehr.
HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?
Our interview process takes between 3 and 14 days and consists of
- First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
- A role play or case study with the respective department
- Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)

In this role, you'll be the pioneer for our latest product, Agicap Spend, helping to build a new growth avenue. With close ties to management and fast decision-making processes, your contributions will directly impact our profitability. You’ll engage with potential new clients and existing customers, book demos of our innovative product, and guide interested parties through the sales process alongside our capable Account Executives. Plus, we’ll arm you with extensive onboarding to ensure you shine with expertise in functionalities, competitive advantages, and more. Imagine honing your skills in identifying key stakeholders, utilizing multi-channel strategies for outreach, and holding discussions with decision-makers from diverse industries. You'll help solve their challenges and present effective solutions. You'll cultivate your knowledge in the B2B payment realm and leverage sales tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator. Most importantly, you’ll join a collaborative and motivated team that values your entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset. If you have a degree in a business-related field, speak German at a C2 level along with C1 English, and possess a hands-on approach, we want to hear from you.
