Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Partnerships, the Field Operations Intern assists in field development and administrative support for the College. This individual closely collaborates with field department members to identify ways ACE can elevate operational efficiencies. Other responsibilities included data entry, inventory management, event assistance, non-profit partner support, and liaison between marketing, enrollment, compliance, and the field department.

Compensation

ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.

  • Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department personnel. 
  • Must support and embrace the College’s B Corp mission to improve the people and communities we serve through our civic engagement initiatives.  
  • Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills. 
  • Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. 
  • Must be collaborative in driving decisions and a team-player. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. 
  • Builds and maintains student satisfaction. 
  • Recognizes and anticipates student needs. 

Day to Day Responsibilities

In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas: 

  • Updates and organizes department Sharepoint.
  • Provides administration support to our Education Solutions department.
  • Pulls and collects data for the department.
  • Creates and monitors Field Zoom portal and webinars.
  • Orders and maintains Amazon account.
  • Conducts field event research and processes field partnerships.
  • Works as a liaison between the field team and marketing project management.
  • Supports Alumni operations, event planning, and non-profit partners.
  • Monitors field call recordings.
  • Updates territory maps.
  • Monitors 3rd party tuition providers.
  • Other duties as operational needs arise.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Degree
  • CRM/E-mail operations experience (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 product suite
  • Understanding of Zoom platform and webinar delivery procedures
  • Commitment to learning and developing skills
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to exercise good judgment
