Job Description

We are looking for a Data analyst to join our team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

Work with a big amount of data from different sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data structure and identify patterns.
Develop economical models.

Evaluate model performance using various metrics and techniques.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing (including external data sources like web sites, 3rd party APIs etc.).
Understand and be ready to implement basic data concepts.
Conduct A/B tests.

Analytics Results & Reporting:

Create clear and concise reports and prepare research results to communicate data insights.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Ensure that reports effectively convey key findings and are easily understandable by non-technical stakeholders.
Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Be a strong team player with the ability to share your experience within the team.
Contribute to the improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficient in SQL & Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Power BI experience is a plus.
Proficient using version control systems (e.g., Git).

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest developments in data analytics.
Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training programs.

This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that enhance organizational performance.

English B2+ is a must!
