Vice President, Home Care Division

The Vice President of the Home Care Division at ArchCare is entrusted with professional responsibility for the Home Health Agency, providing leadership and direction in program services. This includes planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating to assure compliance with all necessary regulations. You will also work with the Executive Team, oversee quality monitoring of care services, and participate in organizational and strategic planning.

To qualify for the Vice President position at ArchCare, candidates must possess a current NYS Registered Nurse License along with at least three years of clinical experience as an RN. Additionally, a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in home health care is required, or you should have extensive home care nursing experience alongside a relevant master’s degree.
