What You'll Be Doing:
Provide outstanding customer service and sale support to key customer locations
Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands
Manage your assigned accounts by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and account support
Help support 3PL just-in-time inventory management programs with key OEMs
Support the business by tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting in bound shipments and troubleshooting delivery issues
Assist in the inventory monitoring and replenishment process
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow
Work Arrangement: Remote: Must be able to travel to Montreal for meetings as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-4 years of industry experience or Associate degree with equivalent related experience
Time management skills and multi-tasking flexibility
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excel experience - pivot tables, VLOOKUP skills preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe
