We are looking for an Insights Data Analyst to join our Sales and Customer Success teams who support ASAPP’s goal to reduce the need for excessive labor while ensuring excellent first contact resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction, all while offering the most cost-effective solution for long-term operation.
Working closely with our Customer Success Managers, Strategists and Account Directors, the Analyst will provide data-driven solutions that will empower our existing customers to maximize the value they receive from ASAPP and help prospective customers see the potential value they will receive from ASAPP. The primary responsibilities of the role will include conducting ad hoc data analyses, providing recommendations and crafting narratives around performance and opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has strong technical skills and the drive to own the end-to-end completion of various data-related projects (including writing queries, designing dashboards and building slide decks).
