Stellenbeschreibung

  • Fachliche, sowie disziplinarische Leitung der Compliance Abteilung (5 Mitarbeitende), mit Fokus auf den Bereichen Datenschutz, Korruptionsbekämpfung, AML, Kapitalmarkt-Compliance und ESG / Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung  
  • Beratung von Senior Stakeholdern und den Vorstand zu Compliance-Themen, sowie das Erstellen von Compliance-Reportings an Aufsichtsrat und Prüfungsausschuss  
  • Implementierung und Entwicklung der Compliance-Richtlinien und -Standards inkl. des weiteren Aufbaus des AUTO1 Compliance Management Systems
  • Erstellung von Compliance-Risikoanalysen für das Management
  • Ansprechpartner bei allen Compliance-bezogenen Fragen zum Tagesgeschäft (Compliance-Beratung)
  • Leitung der jährlichen Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung sowie Umsetzung der Anforderungen der CSRD (inkl. jährlichen Limited Assurance Audit des ESG-Berichts)
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Projekte und Entwicklung kreativer Lösungen für unsere operativen Abläufe und Entwicklung bestehender Lösungen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder juristisches Studium (idealerweise LL.M. / Master) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Compliance-Schwerpunkt
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance, mindestens 2 davon in leitender Funktion
  • Erfahrung mit Audit / Due Diligence Prozessen sowie Reporting an Senior Management / Aufsichtsrat 
  • Selbstständiges, effizientes und strukturiertes Arbeiten mit pragmatischem und lösungsorientiertem Ansatz liegen in deiner Natur
  • Hohe kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz, unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Fließende Englisch- und idealerweise Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
