Administrative Assistant Intern (Spring Start)

As an Administrative Assistant Intern at BCI BRANDS, your main responsibilities include extensive data entry and record management, assisting in organizing garments for fitting sessions, managing the fit calendar via Outlook, and taking detailed fit notes. You'll also be involved in communicating with production managers, designers, factories, and the tech design team, and you'll help keep our garment library organized.

To qualify for the Administrative Assistant Intern position at BCI BRANDS, candidates must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree. While knowledge of design concepts or garment construction is beneficial, it's not mandatory. We’re looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication and time management skills.

The Administrative Assistant Intern at BCI BRANDS is expected to commit to 5 days a week. However, if you're currently in school and unable to provide 5 days, we are open to accommodating candidates who can work 3-4 days a week.
