Solutions Architect

Solution Architect

Bellese seeks an experienced growth professional to serve as a Solution Architect within our Growth team to support Federal Government growth efforts. Your main responsibility will be to create and communicate technical solutions that address customer needs and set them up for success. You should have a strong understanding of technology, product development, and problem-solving. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the process.  Your work will cover multiple approaches to growth including developing compelling proposals and  working with existing teams to identify ways to deliver more capabilities to clients.  You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and balancing multiple opportunities.


Responsibilities

Create solutions for specific opportunities, highlighting unique strengths, methodologies, and demonstrating relevant experience

Lead the development of solutions with technical and customer domain experts, crafting differentiated responses that meet customer needs and requirements

Contribute to demos, proposals, presentations, and other customer-facing artifactsDevelop and translate the capture strategy and technical and operational delivery capabilities into compelling and compliant proposal content 

Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities, foster relationships, introduce new technologies, and suggest improvementsHead up technical teams for Design challenges

Mentor team members and subject-matter experts, providing strategic insights throughout the proposal process and guiding overall direction

Apply knowledge of modern software development concepts such as agile development, product management, DevOps, and human-centered design


Qualifications

Over 7 years of experience in IT solution delivery and a significant role in Federal proposals

Strong knowledge of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps cultures and practices, with a bonus for familiarity with the Digital Services Playbook

Knowledgeable in architecture, design, and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions, including frontend user experiences, backend APIs, and data-intensive systemsUnderstand human-centered design and product management

Effective in cross-functional team collaboration to achieve goals and motivate actionAbility to transform expert insights into straightforward, persuasive content

Demonstrated ability to write and manage proposal sections like technical approaches and management plans



Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with HHS Operating Divisions, especially CMS

Knowledge of and experience with Healthcare Data Interoperability (e.g., FHIR)

Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce or other low-code systems

Incentives
Vehicle Wins
$10,000 for vehicles (e.g., IDIQ, BPA) with current clients (CMS)

0.25% of first year funded value for new prime wins

All bonuses payable at the end of the calendar year
