TEAM & ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) with up to 1,000 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Benepass's offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in sales and selling pre-tax benefit products.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

COMPENSATION

  • Base: $74,000 - $95,000

  • OTE: $114,000 - $180,000 ***Uncapped Comission

  • Equity

ROLE LOCATION & TRAVEL

This position is U.S remote but might require travel from time to time. You will be expected to attend company-wide on-site events three times per year.

Range(s) is subject to change. Benepass takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including market comparables, interview performance, peer compensation, and years of experience.
