Bezos Academy is seeking an Assistant Head of School to support the operations of a preschool, ensuring excellence in educational experiences for children ages three to five. This position requires leadership and a commitment to expanding access to quality preschool in under-resourced communities.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and coach school staff, including Assistant Teachers and Food Service Assistants

  • Supervise facilities management, including maintenance and safety protocols
