As an Account Manager, you will join the Business Development Department, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying new sales opportunities, and effectively addressing client concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and employ cross-selling strategies within existing key accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively advise clients and inform internal strategies.
  • Address client concerns effectively, providing timely solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted mediator between our company and clients, fostering open and effective two-way communication.
  • Schedule client meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales Enablement) to ensure client expectations are understood and met.
