Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to help us build a next-generation Property Management System (PMS) that goes far beyond traditional property management. It’s designed to support a wide range of business models—from short-term to long-term stays, from managing our own properties to operating a marketplace, and a growing franchising model. Today, it powers over 40,000 properties worldwide—and we’re scaling fast, targeting 100,000 properties by the end of 2025 and 1 million by the end of 2027.

Over the past year, we’ve been improving large parts of the PMS to improve user experience, look and feel, and of course, exciting new features! We’ve invested heavily in our design system, which empowers product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences consistently and intuitively.

 

What you will focus on

  • Conduct workshops to identify and understand the project’s goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Deep dive with analytics and business intelligence to guide your design decisions.
  • Participate in product discovery work, including user interviews, usability tests, surveys, observation sessions, card sorting, A/B tests, and tapping into our conversion funnels and data. Let the users lead your decisions :)
  • Lead the ideation, research, design, and development QA of user-centric products
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to solve design problems effectively and efficiently
  • Improve and maintain our internal design system
  • Be part of our design chapter that aligns the visual language and user experience across products

What we are looking for

  • 3 - 5 years of experience working in UX, UI, HCI-related field with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Ability to lead the solution of a product area and connect that to the broader product vision
  • Customer obsession: deeply understand customer needs and design solutions that delight customers
  • Intellectual curiosity: have a deep interest in the interactions of customers with our product and dive into understanding all details of the experience
  • Highly proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). We're using Figma!
  • Solid experience with at least one interactive prototyping tool (e.g., Figma, Protopie, Marvel, Framer)
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology, especially with respect to UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication: communicate complicated concepts in simple terms. Our business is international so English fluency is a must
