Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Solid understanding of film/television production
• Proficiency in Google Workspace ecosystem
• Animation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Source writers and directors for upcoming and active projects
• Facilitate and guide key creatives, partner companies, and production teams
• Manage and expand relationships with key partners in the creative community
• Track and update studio leadership on all projects
• Generate pitch decks and evaluate creative materials at all stages of development
• Lead research on industry trends and pursue rights inquiries into intellectual properties

Education

• Minimum 2+ years of development executive experience in relevant fields
