About the role:


We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in graphic design within a fast-paced ecommerce environment and will collaborate across teams and functions to create visually compelling to support our marketing efforts. This role requires someone with a strong design background who can partner closely with business and marketing partners to create high-quality visual content. 


Responsibilities
  • Create visually compelling designs for websites, email, social media, and other digital channels. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to develop and execute design strategies. 
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advancements and best practices in graphic design and user experience design. 


Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar creative role. 
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).. 
  • Ability to translate understanding of target audiences and personas into design choices and strategies 
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across marketing, product, UXteams in a fast-paced test-and-lean environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Experience with Sketch, Figma, or other design tools. 
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and the impact of design on technical performance.
