We’ve grown rapidly, and in just a few months since leaving public beta, Capsule is already used by 100+ enterprise teams including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart to create high-quality, on-brand video content at scale.
We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to expand and deepen relationships with Capsule’s highest-value customers. You’ll focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, working cross-functionally with Sales, Success, and Leadership to close expansion deals and strengthen long-term partnerships.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll shape how our largest customers experience Capsule.
Own and grow key strategic accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening customer relationships
Lead demos and business reviews to surface value, renewals, and upsells
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to tailor messaging and improve lead quality
Consistently exceed sales targets through creative, customer-centric solutions
Provide feedback from the field to inform product direction and go-to-market strategy
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on strategic account expansion
A track record of exceeding quota and driving growth within enterprise accounts
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you see opportunities and take initiative
Bonus: experience selling to marketing, creative, or GTM teams
Base salary range: $99,400 – $140,000 USD + equity
