Data Tech Lead - Local to Cleveland, OH or Columbus, OH

Position Description:

This role can be filled from the client site in the following locations: Cleveland OH -or- Columbus OH

CGI is looking for Data Technical Lead who would lead the development of comprehensive data strategy and system infrastructure required for FRY 9c (call reporting), FRY 14A, DFAST Dodd-Frank Act Stress Testing Reporting.




CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 88,200 - $173,500.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Prepares requirement definition, design, technical specifications.
Provides coding, testing and implementation support for identified technical platform (i.e., Mainframe, Mid-range, Distributed or Web).
Analyzes user requirements and defines technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks.
Creates business and/or technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to existing systems.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Oracle Financials and statistical Analytics Application (OFSAA), Workiva, WData, data aggregation, ETL, SQL, DataStage.
Strong Team LEAD who should look overall deliveries and team management
Production support / Development experience with strong ETL(DataStage) Skillset with good knowledge on Oracle database.
Good knowledge of Unix and SQLs is required.
Knowledge of scheduling tools like Autosys, CA7 etc. and Mongo database knowledge is good to have.
Knowledge of Banking concepts, BASEL norms, Regulatory Reporting framework is a must.
Knowledge of Axiom is good to have.
Ability to manage projects, while working in a team and independently.
Critical thinking to solve complex problems.
