The Role:

The principal responsibilities of the role are as follows.

  • Managing the flow of documentation and data to the DFM uploader platform
  • Assisting DFM Information Managers with the compilation and checking of the digital handover files.
  • Ensuring all documentation is named as per the DFM / Client naming convention
  • Collaboratively liaising, requesting, analysing and coordinating information required on multiple projects and ensuring scheduled information handover deadlines are adhered to.
  • Coordination and validation of all digital handover documentation in line with DFM and client requirements.
  • Digitising of Clients Asset Information into the DFM Platform
  • Enabling the integration and co-ordination of information files within the DFM Platform
