About the Opportunity

We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a full time Sales Merchandiser!

Our client is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across the Southeast Melbourne area with suburbs including Glen Waverley and Dandenong,  you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance, as well as: 

  • Develop strong store relationships
  • Negotiation of greater self space and driving sales results
  • Merchandising our client's products in store
  • Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
  • Utilisation of data to identify sales opportunities
  • Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

  • Relevant experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in grocery
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Valid driver licence and reliable car
