Job Description

As a Casual Swann Brand Ambassador, you will be the designated Home Security expert within your assigned stores and work with your Manager and other key stores within your territory to deliver an exceptional customer experience to store staff and customers that leads to sales. 

Your primary focus will be to engage customers, demonstrate the features and benefits of Swann Home Security products and convert these interactions into meaningful sales.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for ensuring strong brand awareness across Swann's products, driving the relationship and educating Retail Staff so that they have the confidence to recommend Swann Security products throughout the week and expand sales footprint,

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Develop strong relationships with key Bunnings store personnel 
  • Report and provide feedback on key field insights and activity.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales-related retailer & customer engagement experience with demonstrated KPI results gained within a similar retail sales environment preferably gained within the technology category
  • High standards of customer service & relationship building
  • Genuine passion, understanding & application of Smart Home or DIY security products
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • High energy levels with a passion to work within a team
  • Available to work Saturdays & Sundays 
  • Must have own car and valid driver's license
