Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing our guests with a “World Class” first impression of the facility. The Administrative Assistant will manage and coordinate visitors to ensure they feel welcomed and special. This position will also make recommendations and or suggest ways to continuously improve the experience for visitors to the facility.
