Role Summary:

 

The Senior Project Director, Client Experience has a proven track record and is responsible for ensuring the success of complex, large scale client implementations. This role will work cross-functionally to improve communication, reduce risk, and ensure project success. They will be responsible for the management of high-profile projects and will have the unique opportunity to partner with Teachstone’s Project Management Office, Client Strategy, and other internal stakeholders to shape the organization's project management approach for our enterprise clients. 

 

While this position is remote, there will be some domestic and international travel to client locations for client management or program delivery oversight.

 

Role Overview:


  • Provide strategic direction for a sustainable and scalable implementation of large scale projects staffed with cross-functional teams
  • Assess client’s requirements, develops scopes and estimates, creates project plans and schedules to ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  • Responds to and resolves escalated client issues during or after implementation
  • Troubleshoots and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges
  • Ensures that project milestones and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
  • Builds strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish quality performance metrics to drive and measure continual improvement
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members on a daily basis to maximize productivity and quality of service
  • Ensure a high quality level of service is delivered consistently
  • Drives customer loyalty by ensuring quality is measured
  • In collaboration with stakeholders, establish appropriate governance and provide leadership for complex implementations
  • In close partnership with Sales and Services, develop in-depth knowledge of client needs and proactively provide best in class service and implementation solutions
  • Collaborate with Operations team to analyze, measure, and improve the impact of our tools and processes


Role Qualifications:


  • At least 7+ years of experience as a project or process manager and/or experience in an implementation related field
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams through partnerships rather than through authority
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills with all levels of the company
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.

 

  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks in the project
  • Ability to create key reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to drive contract utilization and understand project costing
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (ideally Asana) to effectively plan, execute, and monitor operational projects and initiatives.
  • Proficient understanding of G Suite functionalities

 

Role Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience with the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS)
  • Experience in early-childhood education
  • Knowledge of Army Child & Youth Service or other military experience
