About the position
We are looking for a committed Partner Success Manager (recruit) with passion for the Microsoft business solutions ecosystem to accelerate growth in Canada.
You will be an ambassador for Companial and Microsoft, responsible for partner onboarding, management and business growth (indirect). You will bring value to your partners thanks to your knowledge of Microsoft environment. Together with the Canadian PSM's, and as part of Team Canada you will further nurture and develop the Companial channel business in North America. Working out a home office, you will report to the Region Lead North America and work with the Canadian team.
Communication is key and therefore it is important that your English is business fluent in writing and speech – fluent in French would be a great asset. You will be working via online tools such as Microsoft Teams, chat, and e-mail. Next to this, our CRM tool is one of the most important management tools you will be working with. This is to keep track of leads, opportunities and reporting.
