Job Title: Associate Digital Success Manager

Reports to: Director, Digital Success

The Associate Digital Success Manager will help grow the Community programs that create connective tissue and drive adoption for our customers – user groups, webinars, and YouTube.

The Associate Digital Success Manager role offers a distinctive opportunity to influence the future of Conga's customer success strategy through both digital and in-person channels. As the driving force behind our community programs - encompassing user groups, live events, YouTube, and more - you will be instrumental in crafting a world-class customer experience. Your partnership will be key in enhancing engagement, optimizing onboarding processes, and boosting product adoption, all while showcasing the return on investment of these initiatives to the business.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team. If you are eager to engage with customers and help build our community, we want to hear from you! Here’s what we’re looking for:


Community Builder: You have experience supporting customers and can help foster strong relationships and active participation in our customer user groups. You can assist in coordinating monthly virtual events and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction.


Webinar Management: You have experience supporting the management and execution of webinars, ensuring they align with organizational needs. You can help gather and review data to improve the program’s impact.


Event Support Specialist: You can assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live roadshow events nationwide. You enjoy cross-departmental collaboration to help drive registrations and attendance. You can help measure event success through customer feedback and engagement metrics.

Content Coordinator: You can help develop and implement a YouTube content strategy focused on customer onboarding and product adoption. You are comfortable supporting the creation of engaging video content and monitoring channel performance.


Engagement Enthusiast: You are keen to identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement and experience. You can assist in preparing reports on the impact of initiatives on customer retention and satisfaction.

In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.


Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. 


The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.


U.S base salary range:

$62,576 - $76,260 USD
