About This Role:

Crusoe is at the forefront of expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure and is actively doing so in Abilene, Texas and beyond. We have an opportunity for motivated construction professionals to be at the forefront of leading generational construction projects that will support our country’s efforts to remain the global leader in AI technology.

The Project Executive will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects critical to Crusoe’s Digital Infrastructure segment. As a key leader within the organization, you will ensure the successful delivery of multiple complex projects—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end construction projects for tenant improvement within data centers, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Oversee large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and ambitious goals.

  • Tenant Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants to understand their improvement requests and ensure alignment with operational and design standards. Review tenant requirements and coordinate the design and installation of upgrades.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with tenants, contractors, engineers, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to plan and execute project scopes.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all tenant improvement work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and lease agreements.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential scope changes, risks, or challenges, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Travel: Travel as needed (up to 30%) to oversee multiple project sites.

  • Team Contribution: Be a part of a team delivering complex, hyperscale AI Data Centers.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Construction Management Experience: 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, including tenant improvement projects for data centers or similarly complex facilities.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of managing the construction of primary building structures and critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, for industrial or commercial facilities.

  • Stakeholder Management: Excel in overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and ambitious goals.

  • Relationship Building: Knack for building strong, productive relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success.

  • Organizational Skills: Thrive in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and excel at juggling schedules, budgets, and project details.

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $200,000 - $300,000 base salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
