Marketing Specialist

Join our vibrant & enthusiastic team at Curated Greece as a Marketing Specialist and embark on an exciting opportunity that merges creativity with effective organization!

We’re a leading luxury Destination Management Company (DMC) that specializes in creating tailor-made travel experiences in Greece for those who expect the best. From private getaways to exclusive honeymoon trips and family travel, we design unforgettable journeys to some of the most beautiful and unique destinations around Greece. We’re all about providing our clients with a personalized, high-end experience and top-notch service, and we’re looking for a passionate marketing professional to help us spread the word.

What You’ll Do (but won’t be limited to):

  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and roll out marketing plans to showcase our bespoke luxury travel experiences through various channels.
    • Build campaigns that highlight what makes us stand out—personalized service, exceptional destinations, and unforgettable experiences (newsletters, social media etc).
    • Keep an eye on trends in the travel and luxury space, making sure we’re always ahead of the curve.
    • Help maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all our communications.
  2. Content Creation:
    • Produce engaging content for our website, email newsletters, social media, and other platforms to connect with our B2B audience.
    • Craft compelling marketing copy for newsletters, website and social media.
    • Manage content calendars to keep everything fresh and on track.
    • Liaise if needed with external agencies for the creation of marketing material.
  3. Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee our online presence with email marketing, and social media strategies that increase engagement, awareness and new partnerships.
    • Use analytics tools to track the performance of our campaigns and find new ways to improve.
  4. Partnerships & Business Development
    • Create appealing presentations and other event material that can be used for sales & business development.
    • Help with the creation of content and manage marketing communications with various partner channels
    • Assist with the procurement and design of partner & client gifts
  5. Customer Insights
    • Dive into data to understand our clients better and spot trends that can help shape our marketing strategies.
    • Keep an ear to the ground on what’s new in luxury travel to ensure we’re always offering fresh, exciting experiences.
  6. Reporting:
    • Track the success of marketing initiatives and share regular updates on what’s working (and what’s not).
    • Use data to recommend improvements and optimize our marketing efforts.

    • You’ve got experience in luxury travel marketing (or something similar) and have a track record of running successful campaigns.
    • You’re great with digital marketing, content creation, newsletters, and social media, and you know how to tell a great and compelling story.
    • You’re a strong communicator, both in writing and in person, with an eye for detail.
    • You can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
    • Bonus points if you’ve got experience with design tools (like Photoshop, Canva etc) and various social media and newsletter platforms.
    • You are ideally English native speaker or bilingual (English/Greek)
    • You have a self-motivating attitude, but you are team-oriented
    • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
