Experience Needed:

- Marketing Campaign Planning: Develop, curate, and communicate a comprehensive marketing calendar and campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with our brand goals.

- Inbox Management: Oversee and manage email inboxes to maintain timely, effective communication with partners, vendors, and community members.

- Partnership Contracts: Draft, review, and update partnership contracts for new and existing partners.

- Giveaway Coordination: Select giveaway winners and collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely product shipments, including for personal contacts when requested.

- Community Management: Assist in nurturing and engaging with our Inner Circle (IC) and Super Fan (SF) community, fostering a loyal and interactive brand community.

- Tool & Platform Integration: Set up and integrate new digital tools and platforms with existing systems to streamline operations and optimize efficiency.

- Product Ranking App Management: Manage relationships with ranking and review platforms (such as Yuka and ThinkDirty), ensuring our products are accurately represented and well-positioned.

- Meta Ads & Social Media Content: Create ad content for platforms like Meta, including creative ads that leverage iPhone Notes-style and iMessage-style visuals.

- TikTok Shop Affiliate Program: Manage outreach and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop affiliates, optimizing our presence on the platform to drive sales.

- Dermatologist Partnerships: Identify and onboard additional dermatologists to recommend our products, expanding our network of professional endorsements.

One-Time Projects:

- Community Platform Setup: Establish the Inner Circle and Super Fan communities on the Circle platform, setting up user engagement and community-building strategies.

- Loyalty Program Development: Design and map out tier structures and benefits for a new customer loyalty program, providing clear engagement pathways to reward and retain customers.

Good to have: Zapier and Klayvio experience
