About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience supporting a global workforce and engineering teams. This role will serve as a key advisor to leadership, driving people strategies that align with Cyberhaven’s business objectives, while fostering a high performance culture. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supporting a global workforce, particularly in the US, India, and Europe, and thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment. This will be a remote position based in the Central or Eastern US time zones to best support our global workforce. Candidates must be based in one of those times zones.
What you’ll do:
Act as the primary HR Partner for Engineering and Product teams across the U.S., India, and Europe, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to develop talent strategies, support career development, and address team-specific challenges.
Implement HR strategies that support a rapidly growing startup including workforce planning, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives through effective project management and change management.
Navigate complex HR issues across multiple geographies while ensuring compliance with international labor laws and best practices.
Strategically partner with managers around employee performance, feedback, and growth strategies to ensure a thriving, growth oriented workplace.
Champion employee engagement and inclusion efforts to ensure a positive and cohesive company culture across Cyberhaven’s global team.
Partner with People Operations to refine and implement global HR policies, compensation structures, and benefit programs.
Who you are:
At least 4+ years as an HRBP supporting a global workforce.
Preferred HRBP experience working with Engineering and Product teams and understanding technical business objectives and talent needs.
Proven experience supporting international teams - preferred candidates will have experience supporting India and Europe in addition to the US.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership, executives, and managers.
Exceptional problem-solving, coaching, and change management skills.
Must be experienced and comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Must be able to work U.S Central or East Coast hours to effectively collaborate with global teams - preferred candidates will be based in the US Eastern Time Zone.

Compensation Range: $145,000 - $180,000
