About the role:

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute and expand the corporate strategic plan, ensuring alignment and optimal performance across revenue-generating departments. You will lead the global sales team to drive business growth across diverse customer segments while working with marketing to enhance strategy and customer experiences. Additionally, you will identify and onboard scalable partners to maximize reach and efficiency. This role demands fostering innovative, creative teams and monitoring the revenue pipeline to ensure sustainable growth through dynamic adjustments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the marketplace to identify opportunities, and develop competitive strategies and tactics to drive growth.
  • Stay closely connected with customers to ensure their needs are integrated into product development and enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with finance, product management, and marketing teams to craft effective messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue targets.
  • Address and resolve issues across marketing, sales, and account management teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and participate in contract negotiations to secure beneficial agreements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in sales, marketing, or revenue roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position.
  • Must have experience in working in a $5M-$10M revenue range company
  • Proven experience driving ARR growth in a B2B SaaS company, ideally in integration or data management tech.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business metrics, revenue models, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Extensive experience in general management, including P&L oversight.
  • Strong decision-making skills informed by business metrics and data analysis.
  • Inspirational leadership style complemented by a hands-on approach to team and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud technologies, and data integration solutions is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to fostering innovation and creativity within teams.

Work Shift: 08:00 AM CST to 05:00 PM CST
