Job Description

DeAngelo Vehicle Sales/ Partner Equipment Sales is looking for a motivated and experienced parts procurement specialist with sales experience. 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary parts and materials
  • Ensure that parts are in stock by ordering new supplies and organizing storage for easy access and accurate tracking.
  • Knowledge and passion for vehicles.(trucks , equipment, and custom cars)
  • Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy, verifying they match orders and are free from defects.
  • Implement and maintain a system for parts cataloging and inventory management using software to track availability, orders, and deliveries.
  • Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
  • Evaluate and negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Track inventory and restock goods when needed
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
  • Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Heavy equipment experience.
  • Parts ordering knowledge.
  • Must have a valid state- issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication.
  • Great communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Must be able to work on a team or individually.
  • Heavy equipment and truck sales experience.
