As an IT Engineer, You will:
Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel IT’s services growth objectives.
Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.
Build, develop, and enhance Hofy's device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT services offering.
Lead technical support for our Sales team, key stakeholders and customer base.
You will be managing, deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices at Deel.
Solutions enabler: You are a natural problem solver, and work hard and creatively to find solutions for customer or business challenges.
Team player: You work well as part of a remote team, but can also carry independent responsibility. When you encounter challenge you reach out to utilise the team resources available.
Technically minded: You have solid technical knowledge and are proactive about developing your skill set and collaborating on documentation to scale to the wider team.
Competent communicator: You are a great communicator who can break down technical problems and communicate solutions to non-experts.
Methodical and focused: You work methodically and prioritize well to ensure delivery timelines are met and milestones are reached.
This role will suit someone with a keen interest and expertise in multiple areas in IT and is looking for a place to combine their experience in one role. You will be a great fit if you have:.
Significant exposure working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate.
Experience in L2/L3 Support
Strong previous experience working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate, such as - Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
Experience with application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows.
Great working knowledge of IT security.
Experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH & Powershell.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in a team focused on IT experience in providing technical services to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users. Pre/Post sales support would be a bonus.
