Job Description:

Dentsu Sports Analytics is looking for a Director, Sponsorship Valuation. As a leading sports and entertainment research and data firm, we provide solutions and insights to lead strategic decision-making within the industry. This is a hybrid remote/in-office opportunity and as an individual contributor the Director of Sponsorship Valuation role will report into the Vice President. You will oversee several clients which are all collectively geared towards driving revenue and reaching financial targets for the Valuation pillar of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist the sponsorship valuation teams in managing sponsorship analysis projects and client relationships.

  • Build long-lasting client relationships as their trusted contact translating to retention and revenue growth.

  • Oversee multiple programs and account teams.

  • Collaborate with teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.

  • Provide market insights and feedback to our teams for product development and improvement.

  • Develop scope of work documents, proposed management fees, and staffing recommendations for internal and external approval.

  • Support other areas of DSA business including custom market research, digital analytics, and product development.

  • Communicate with account teams to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities based on client scopes of work.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, best practices, and new technologies related to sports and entertainment research and data.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in sponsorship valuation and client servicing within the sports and entertainment industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in the sponsorship valuation field and client management.

  • 3+ years in the sponsorship valuation field with a focus on sports/entertainment and research/data landscape.

  • Analyze data to create insights and foster understanding, allowing the promotion of data and analytics-focused solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience with broadcast, social media, earned media tracking and valuation.

  • Experienced using Tableau and analytical tools like Nielsen, MVP Index, Zoomph or Turnstile.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,00-$182,850. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
