What you'll do:
Research and identify new lead opportunities.
Execute consultative solution selling, positioning Element451’s value effectively.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution.
Oversee and optimize the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless process.
Prepare and deliver pitches and platform demos tailored to prospects’ needs.
Manage and track deals within HubSpot CRM.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams.
Handle multiple opportunities across various pipeline stages.
What you'll bring:
5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in direct or outside B2B sales; higher education experience is a plus.
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and business development success.
Strong ability to prospect and generate pipeline opportunities.
Expertise in full-cycle sales processes, from initial engagement to close.
A consultative, value-driven sales approach that aligns with client needs.
Ability to demonstrate SaaS technology effectively for prospects.
Experience managing a full-funnel pipeline and navigating deal strategies.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, MarTech, or similar).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree required.
