Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic  Vice President of Education to lead our global education strategy across multiple beauty categories, including color cosmetics, skincare, and body. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative training programs that elevate brand knowledge, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and partnering with global markets to tailor education strategies that meet diverse regional needs. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global education and training strategies across color cosmetics, skincare, and body categories.
  • Build, lead, and inspire high-performing, dynamic education teams to deliver best-in-class training experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, sales, and retailer partners to align education initiatives with business objectives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s vision and values through impactful training and leadership.
  • Design and deliver compelling education materials, tools, and resources tailored to diverse markets and audiences.
  • Partner with global markets to adapt and localize education programs, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
  • Drive retailer and sales team engagement through strategic training initiatives that enhance product knowledge and sell-through performance.
  • Provide leadership in global market expansion efforts, developing training frameworks to support growth in new and emerging markets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, to support brand education goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating innovative learning methodologies and technologies into education programs.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support education initiatives and market needs.


Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in beauty education, with multi-category expertise in color cosmetics, skincare, and body.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing, dynamic teams.
  • Strong background in global education, with an understanding of diverse markets and experience in international expansion.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with retailer partners and sales teams to develop impactful training programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, educate, and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to translate business goals into effective education strategies.
  • Passionate about beauty, with a strong brand presence and the ability to serve as a credible, authentic brand ambassador.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and globally as needed to support education initiatives and business growth.
