We're seeking a user-centered, data-savvy UX Designer to help craft intuitive and engaging experiences for complex systems. In this role, you'll report to the VP of Product and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance usability across our digital platforms-with a particular focus on Salesforce interfaces and data-rich dashboards. You'll turn user insights into elegant design solutions that empower users and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based applications, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into thoughtful user experiences.
  • Optimize Salesforce user interfaces, leveraging platform design standards while elevating user experience through customization and thoughtful UX enhancements.
  • Design intuitive data visualizations that make complex data actionable and easy to understand.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate and improve design decisions.
  • Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user journey.
  • Maintain design documentation, style guides, and contribute to scalable design systems.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of UX design experience, including internships or freelance projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design process, with examples of app design and data visualization work.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and principles of customizing Salesforce UX.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) or designing interfaces that present data clearly.
  • Understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
