As a Content Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of content strategies that power some of the most prominent names in sports betting: Ladbrokes, neds, TAB NZ, and betcha. This isn’t just a role – it’s an opportunity to work alongside talented individuals as we showcase content that speaks directly to a community of passionate sports enthusiasts.

Working within an ambitious organisation, this dynamic role enables you to grow your career and expertise across a variety of brands and platforms. You’ll collaborate with a variety of teams to ensure content is delivered seamlessly and on time, aligns with our brand standards, and resonates with fans.

You’ll have the opportunity to be at the heart of major sporting events and races, where you’ll be hands-on in creating real-time, impactful content. We have offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Auckland and Wellington, to name a few! This role will ideally be based in Brisbane.

Your day-to-day... 

  • Collaborate with the Content team to brainstorm creative ideas and capture high-quality event content for distribution across social platforms.
  • Support digital and traditional marketing campaigns, staying updated on trends in sports and entertainment to create relevant content.
  • Utilise tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and CapCut to craft engaging content, optimising reach and engagement across platforms.
  • Monitor content performance, report on insights, and identify areas for improvement to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Client Engagement, Legal) to ensure consistency in content strategy and compliance.

What you'll bring... 

  • Passion and knowledge about sports, wagering, and horse racing would be ideal.
  • Proven experience in content marketing and digital media, especially across major social media platforms, including Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other content creation and management tools.
  • Sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all content produced.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Dedicated to working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of the role and industry.
