Eurofins Business Services Poland is home to approximately 250 finance and accounting professionals who deliver high-quality shared services for multiple European countries within the Eurofins network. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team and take a leading role in supporting the F&A SSC organization.
This position reports directly to the Head of the Shared Services Centre and the Head of HR – Poland & Baltics.
Key Responsibilities
As the HR Business Partner for the Shared Services Centre, you will serve as a strategic advisor and key point of contact for all people-related matters within the SSC. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic HR Partnership
Act as a trusted HR advisor to SSC management and employees.
Identify people and organizational needs specific to the SSC and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.
Employee Lifecycle Ownership
Oversee end-to-end HR processes within the SSC, ensuring consistency and excellence across:
Talent Attraction: collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Onboarding & Integration: ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new joiners.
Employee Engagement & Development: support career growth initiatives, learning programs, and CSR activities.
Organizational Processes: coordinate salary reviews, budgeting, and benchmarking.
Ad hoc HR issue resolution and consultation.
Internal Communication & Culture
Lead and support communication initiatives within the SSC to promote alignment, transparency, and a positive employee experience.
Support cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing between HR and the SSC.
HR Data & Reporting
Manage relevant HR reporting to support data-driven decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a results-oriented and collaborative HR professional who can effectively bridge business goals with people strategies.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Educational background in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Advisor or Junior HRBP role, ideally in a shared services or international environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in delivering workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and results-driven approach.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
