Job Description

  • End-to-end coordination for the Epic delivery on time, on budget, and on scope.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the Epic in and outside the Tribe/division.
  • Ensure that Epic delivery is following the System Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC – requirements/design/test/launch lifecycle) and is compliant with the associated IT controls.
  • Define the Cost (assessing the uncertainty level and add a contingency effort, etc ...) in the Epic investment Request.
  • Manage the budget and support the Epic Business Owner on Epic Benefits delivery.
  • Assess and manage the risks associated with the Epic delivery.
  • Represent and report out on the Epic throughout the entire lifecycle in steering committees. From ideation until closure.
  • The position might require traveling.

Qualifications

  • Project manager skills, ensuring an initiative is managed within the defined and agreed boundaries (Time, Scope, and budget).
  • Experience in working in an Agile context, comfortable to apply Agile practice. Agile certification is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the IT systems technology stack (from hardware to offering cloud services) and experience in a complex multi-tenant technical environment.
  • Knowledge of the specific tools is an asset: Azure DevOps Boards, ServiceNow (project, risk, resource management modules).
  • Stakeholder management. Ability to build a strong stakeholder relationship considering they might be in various countries all over the world (remote management).
  • Professional Project Manager certifications are an asset.
  • Knowledge of ITIL is an asset.
