As a Data Analytics Manager at our firm, you'll play a pivotal role in influencing decisions through data-driven insights. Your daily responsibilities will include scoping, building, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data automation systems and performance metrics that support our business objectives. Collaboration is key; you'll be working across various departments to leverage data modeling and analysis techniques to extract actionable insights that can guide our strategic direction. A big part of your job will involve cleaning and transforming data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy for our analyses. You’ll also be presenting these analytical insights to senior leadership, including the Senior Director and CFO, which makes strong communication skills essential. Managing report requests efficiently and overseeing prioritization of tasks will be part of your core duties, as will foreseeing future data needs within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) group. In this management role, you’ll engage in hiring and training new staff, oversee hybrid work models effectively, support staff development with guidance and coaching, and ensure that performance evaluations are handled thoughtfully. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA with a focus in finance or related fields, and at least three years of experience in visual design and data storytelling, particularly in a law firm setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Suite is crucial for this role, as you'll be translating complex data needs into straightforward actionable reports.
