GenPride’s Operations Manager has a continuous improvement and systems mindset. They are a hands-on team member who ensures that the behind-the-scenes infrastructure of GenPride runs smoothly and supports our mission. This individual is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our core operational functions—including bookkeeping, information technology, facilities management, and administrative systems—so they are efficient, reliable, and adaptable as GenPride continues to grow and evolve.
This full-time, exempt role is based primarily on-site in a lively community center environment, where frequent interruptions and noise are part of the rhythm. The Operations Manager must be flexible, yet structured, with a schedule that may occasionally include early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role collaborates closely with contract accounting services and regularly partners with staff, contract professionals, board members, and volunteers to achieve organizational goals. While this role is highly collaborative, the Operations Manager is a self-directed project manager with no direct reports.
