GitLab is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to support their Total Rewards team in aligning compensation strategy with company values and culture.

Skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

  • Support job family creation and maintenance
  • Participate in external compensation surveys
  • Maintain compensation-related data accuracy in Workday
  • Support full lifecycle of compensation programs
  • Act as primary contact for compensation inquiries
  • Develop communications and education materials
  • Coordinate collection of audit materials
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with global rules and regulations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, or HR preferred
