Responsibilities
Support job family creation and maintenance
Participate in external compensation surveys
Maintain compensation-related data accuracy in Workday
Support full lifecycle of compensation programs
Act as primary contact for compensation inquiries
Develop communications and education materials
Coordinate collection of audit materials
Assist with ad hoc data requests and special projects
Ensure compliance with global rules and regulations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, or HR preferred
