Compensation Analyst - job 2 of 2
GitLab is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to support their Total Rewards team in aligning compensation strategy with company values and culture.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience with external survey data sources
- Experience with HRIS systems like Workday
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support job family creation and maintenance
- Participate in external compensation surveys
- Maintain compensation-related data accuracy in Workday
- Support full lifecycle of compensation programs
- Act as primary contact for compensation inquiries
- Develop communications and education materials
- Coordinate collection of audit materials
- Assist with ad hoc data requests and special projects
- Ensure compliance with global rules and regulations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, or HR preferred
