Area Manager- West Coast

Job Description

As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales performance and profitability of multiple COS stores. You will lead the Area and Store Management Teams to ensure our stores operate efficiently and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and overseeing all operational and commercial activities. Your collaboration with the Area and Store Teams will be key to maintaining high standards and achieving our business goals. Join us and help shape the future success of our stores!

  • Ensure stores are equipped to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Implement and oversee the brand's HR strategy across multiple stores.
  • Secure the business growth within your area by driving HR related KPIs

  • Minimum of 3 years of District or Multi-Unit store experience.
  • Strong understanding of selling strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills  
  • Self-motivated & Positive  

 

Compensation: $112,811 - 130,205

Additional Information

This is a Full Time permanent contract based at our support Office for Los Angeles
