As a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our HeyJobs products. You will be responsible for crafting value-driven marketing content that resonates with our target audience, driving successful product launches and campaigns.
In this role, you can earn an annual target salary between 70.000 - 80.000 €.

Product Messaging & Value Propositions: Refine messaging and value propositions for the HeyJobs product suite, aligning with customer pain points and market needs, while crafting compelling narratives that highlight benefits and differentiation.
Product Launches & Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales) to plan and execute product launches, drive awareness, adoption, and engagement through targeted campaigns, and support the product bundling strategy with aligned content and messaging across touchpoints.
Marketing Collateral & Content Creation: Create high-quality marketing materials (website copy, brochures, recruiter portal content), oversee the creation of clear and relevant educational content, and design/manage content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
Customer-Centric Marketing: Collaborate with the Go-To-Market and Product Teams to align marketing content with customer pain points and ensure materials address the needs and preferences of our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign and content effectiveness using data to drive decisions and refine strategies.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage multiple projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing), and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives while balancing priorities.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in product marketing, with hands-on expertise in B2B product launches, go-to-market strategies, and supporting bundling strategies or subscription-based pricing models.
Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills to produce compelling, clear content and impactful value propositions.
Marketing Tools: Proficient in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and GenAI tools to optimize marketing efforts.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of customer personas, pain points, and journey mapping.
Language skills: Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
