Responsibilities
- Manage preparatory payroll for locations in Germany, Spain, Italy, UK, and the Netherlands.
- Handle administrative tasks in the Employee Lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Serve as the first contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR questions.
- Maintain communication with health insurance providers and manage related details.
- Organize quarterly Newbie Days for new colleagues.
- Oversee the maintenance of the HRIS system HiBob.
Education
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
