Our UX Design Team covers a broad spectrum of practice areas including user research, interaction design, information architecture, and UI design. Our team mission is to create Meaningful, Usable, Enjoyable, and Accessible experiences with people at heart that support our HubSpot digital ecosystem. About the Role
As a UX Manager, you will lead and nurture a high-performing, diverse UX team, fostering their growth and development. You'll drive strategic leadership, contributing to the vision and execution of cross-platform experiences that support our marketing priorities and align with the company's long-term goals.
Working closely with marketers, strategists, and project managers, you'll understand and influence both long-term and short-term business objectives, generating a significant impact within the Marketing team.
